Breckenridge Central Reservations Chooses Inntopia for Online Booking, Call Center Integration and Dynamic Packaging.
New reservation system to enable visitors to seamlessly book lodging, activities, equipment and other components online and through the resort call center.

Stowe, VT - July 23, 2004 - Sterling Valley Systems, Inc., operators of Inntopia, today announces that the Breckenridge Central Reservations in Breckenridge, Colorado, has chosen the Inntopia Reservation System for its online reservation system. As part of the deal, Breckenridge area suppliers will be able to use the Inntopia Supplier Extranet to update availability in Breckenridge Central Reservations' in-house system thanks to an XML-enabled interface between the Inntopia System and Breckenridge Central Reservations' in-house CRS.

"Inntopia offers a product that meets the requirements we had for selling all of our products online," says Bill Wishowski, Operations Director for Breckenridge Central Reservations. "And, Inntopia provides a low cost, highly functional solution that our membership can use to sell their products directly from their own websites, and through the GDS and IDS systems. On top of all of that, Inntopia offers a solution with minimal up-front costs and quick implementation time to ensure maximum return on investment." With Inntopia, Breckenridge area lodging properties will be able to update availability in one system for distribution through the Breckenridge Central Reservations call center, the Breckenridge Central Reservations website, the properties' own sites, local and regional websites, and to the major GDS/IDS systems. And, for the first time, non-lodging travel suppliers, such as activity providers, equipment rental shops and transportation companies will be able to offer their product to area visitors through www.gobreck.com and other local websites.

"We've been operating the Inntopia booking engine for over 6 years now," notes Trevor Crist, president of Sterling Valley Systems. "In that time we've invested significant energy into developing solutions for destinations just like Breckenridge. Four-season destinations need to offer easy access to lodging and non-lodging inventory, through both their website and their call center. And, vacationers want to be able to plan as much of their trip in one place as possible. Inntopia satisfies the needs of the destinations and the vacationers."

The Inntopia Reservation System will be implemented in Breckenridge in early August prior to August. Integration with the Breckenridge Resort Chamber's call center technology, ResTek, is expected to be completed prior to the onset of bookings for the 2004-2005 ski season.
